GWENT launches an event on the theme of the Saint

Valentine's Day may have occurred a few days ago, but that does not mean you still can not celebrate. CD Projekt Red has published a new challenge for Valentine's Day that will last until February 21st. You will have a lot of time to get all the rewards you need.

Like most challenge events in Gwent, players will receive a handful of teams to join when they connect. The team you have chosen will offer you a number of challenges to take up throughout the event. The teams this time are Team Triss, Yennefer or Shani.

The challenges are in no way impossible to meet and should be a fairly reliable way to obtain reward keys. These keys can then be used in the reward booklet where you can unlock currencies, skins and other goodies at stake. These reward keys can be difficult to find, so do not take that for granted. We do not know when another event like this will take place.

GWENT is free to play, but it encourages players to use real money to accelerate their progress. Also tempting that it may be, do not deceive you. There are a ton of other ways to make money in Gwent that you should never have to get your credit card out to take over. Try to choose a faction and focus only on that. In this way, you will be able to build a somewhat powerful deck from the beginning and you can start winning the game reliably. This is how you will gain most of your unlocking keys.

Gwent is one of the best card games right now. Up there with Hearthstone, it's in a class apart.
